You Lose Yourself With Too Many Attachments

“There is no one else living in this body, and there is no one seeing life through my eyes. Your beliefs, and your beliefs alone, belong to you. You are the only one who is with you for your entire life. Imagine if you didn’t like yourself.”

— Don Miguel Ruiz

There are a range of cultures with a range of lifestyles (diversity is great).

Here in the USA, people are addicted to attachments.

They attach themselves to their country. To politicians. To their physical characteristics. They attach themselves to other people who are not themselves.

In the USA there is such a desire for people to escape their own lives – so they learn to escape themselves.

They learn to repeat information rather than critically think about it.

They learn to react & not to respond.

A reaction is fear based. A response is based on understanding & intelligence.

But when everyone around you is only reacting – & when they are all attaching themselves to people outside of themselves, they become disconnected with themselves & begin living in illusion.

It’s a very foggy illusion too – since all clarity fades as your attachments grow stronger.

Be in the world but not of it.

Don’t lose your mind trying to fit in with everyone who’s lost their mind.

Don’t be a parasite. And don’t allow any parasitic people to get in your mind (what a miserable life it must be to be a parasite!!)

Be patient with yourself as you learn to let go of attachments that were never meant for you to hold on to.

The powers that be & marketers of the world love people with attachments – they want people attached .. but liberation comes from detachment – detaching from all that is not you.

Take The Self-Discovery Journey

“Put away the book, the description, the tradition, the authority, and take the journey of self-discovery.”

— Jiddu Krishnamurti

The world is great at telling others what to think.

The world is clever at getting people to react.

What the world will not do for you – you must do for yourself. And this world will not give you answers that are true.

It will only tell you information that helps the powers that be.

So you can listen & believe in what the government & education system are telling you, but if you want the truth you’re going to have to find it yourself.

Don’t believe everything you hear. Don’t just repeat what you hear. Question what you hear. Question what people tell you to believe.

Governments want people’s blind obedience, and they usually get it, but if you seek true intelligence you must question any and all governments.

You must not allow any government or organization or person to violently force their beliefs into you.

^I can say this because I have had people do this to me, in Los Angeles in 2022 & 2023, but that’s a story for later.

For now I am getting into being able to think again & use my mind & not be afraid to think & use my brain.

I am getting into my own beliefs & perspective & not having my beliefs violently forced into me by a cruel & controlling government.

I will continue taking the journey of self discovery, & I encourage others to do the same.

Intelligent People Don’t Follow Bad Laws

“Good people don’t follow bad laws.”

Slavery was legal.

War led by the highest forms of government is supposedly legal.

Plant medicine like mushrooms that can help numerous people is mostly illegal.  (While poisonous alcohol, tobacco, big pharma is legal).

Intelligent people do not use legality as a guide to morality.

Intelligent people are not led by the law, especially when the law invades their space to scare & control them… when “the law” breaks laws to scare & control its own people …

Intelligent people never let invasive devils guide them.

Intelligent people lead themselves, & allow other actual intelligent people to influence & guide them.

Thoughts & Opinions

“Few men think, yet all have opinions. Hence men’s opinions are superficial and confused.”

— John Locke

Where do your thoughts come from?

And is it your thoughts that have formed your beliefs?

Do you let politicians and the media stations tell you what to think?

Do you think with clarity? Or do allow other people to fog your perception?

As long as we have the freedom to think & use our brain – we must use it.

We must not allow technology to turn us into lifeless reactive machine people – whom let the machines do our thinking for us.

We must not allow other people to do our thinking for us.

We must think with and for ourselves, & be thankful for the divine gift of the brain, mind, heart, body.

Don’t Be Guided By Oppressors

“Nobody in the world, nobody in history, has ever gotten their freedom by appealing to the moral sense of the people who were oppressing them.”

— Assata Shakur

There are several “powers that be” on planet earth who live to control people & maintain power.

The oppressors have an agenda – and their agenda DOES NOT INCLUDE to help you (unless you are born into their family.)

Their agenda consists of getting people to work for them – to work for the systems that they have built.

But their agenda not only consists of enslaving people to their system – they want to control people’s minds.

The oppressors want the people to believe in what they tell them – they want to influence people’s minds in subtle & not so subtle violent ways.

The oppressors want to confuse the people – they want the people to fear the powers that be.

And any rebellion that goes against the truly violent cruel oppressors way – they shut it down – usually using governmental forces to do so.

The oppressors use a number of methods to keep the people conformed to their system.

The oppressors break laws while at the same time putting fear into their citizens.

They want people to be “moral” while they themselves are operating so beyond morals & beyond the law that you could say they are operating as devils in hell.

And they’ll never let their power go until there is a revolution of truth that exposes the oppressors.

I am a man of many religions, but supposedly when Jesus comes back he will lead the entire planet into a time of light.

I guess we will see…

Always Continue Learning

“A scientist will read dozens of books in his lifetime, but still believe he has more to learn. A religious person will barely read one book and think that they know it all.”

Whatever choices you make to be more or less educated, is ok.

It does seem sometimes though – that the less someone reads & learns, the more they think they know…

but true knowledge seekers understand that there is no limit to learning. No limit to knowledge.

But the majority of people want to think they’re right, rather than learn; It’s the lazy route. The route that requires no effort of reading & researching & learning. It’s the route that simply repeats something it hears – these people are truly like parrots. Literally.

What’s the alternative to being a parrot person? Doing the research. Reading. Thinking about what you read. Brainstorming. & not just repeating what you read.

There is no limit to knowledge, & there never will be.

Don’t let the parrot people bring you down to their level of ignorance.

Rise & shine, & always continue learning.

Focus On What You Can Control

“You have power over your mind – not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.”

— Marcus Aurelius

Planet Earth is the home to billions of humans and animals – all with unique lives.

There is a range of culture, government, lifestyles, careers, education, religion, etc. and there is not one correct way of doing it all.

That’s the beauty of it all.

But it becomes ugly when people start trying to control & manipulate other people; Trying to force their beliefs onto others because they think they’re right (or usually because they have more power than the others.)

It happens all the time: one person or usually a group of people trying to control other groups & individuals… (abuse of power)

Those people don’t realize that the real power comes from controlling your own mind – & not controlling other people (but those people will never understand that).

Most people have never experienced the power that is within them – since they are distracted by the distractions & manipulations of the external world, politics, sports, work, getting in each others way, etc.

and then the people become distracted, confused, angry, overwhelmed, annoyed, etc, and then they pass it on.

But when you take control of your own mind – you gain energy and focus that others lose in trying to control others, since you aren’t doing that.

The world becomes filled with opportunity & beauty.

All because you gave up trying to control others & you focused entirely on controlling yourself.

Meditation is a good place to begin.

Life Is A Miracle

“Life is a miracle, and being aware of simply this can already make us very happy.”

— Thich Nhat Hahn

Life is a miracle, but most people never experience the miracle of life.

Or they experience the miracle of life when they’re young & lose it as they age & learn about the world.

Be careful about what information you are ingesting into your mind.

People love watching the news, yet what they see is awful things happening all around the world.

You will never experience the miracle of life by watching the news.

Walking in nature or meditating is a great place to begin.

You won’t experience the miracle of life immediately, but with meditation practice & turning off the news, in time you will experience the miracle of life.

Walk Alone Until You Find Your Real Tribe

“If you cannot find a good companion to walk with, walk alone, like an elephant roaming the jungle. It is better to be alone than to be with those who will hinder your progress.”

We live in cultures where it’s almost impossible to not conform.

Conformity is like gravity that people move towards, but what if we didn’t move towards conformity?

What if we chose to beat to our own drum?

What if we listened to our inner self?

What if we walked alone, discovered our own beliefs, and patiently waited until we found people that are similar to us?
